Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license is required; BLS certification or within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, create, implement, and evaluate care plans; adjust plans to reach outcomes.
• Build relationships and manage discomfort while staying professional in therapeutic patient/family connections.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community; empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices; assess learning needs.
• Delegate tasks carefully to colleagues and follow up promptly to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Use problem-solving strategies with patients, families, and staff; prioritize safety and quality in care planning and delivery.
• Contribute to teamwork, recognize contributions, and support peers’ development and community service.
