Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and caregivers.
• Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.
• Maintain safety standards; work in a constant state of alertness to ensure safety.
