Job summary

Duke Health in Durham, NC is seeking an Experienced RN for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This full-time position offers a three-day schedule (days or nights) with opportunities for advancement within the Duke Health System.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting.
• BSN (preferred) or higher; ADN with plan to enroll in BSN within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct and indirect nursing care in a fast-paced ED.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Participate in the clinical ladder, departmental committees, and scholarly activities.
