Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in the ER according to established standards and the nursing process.

The RN will supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels, coordinate with other disciplines, and apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by state is required.
• CPR or BLS certification from AH policy is required.
• BLS certification from AH policy is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Analyzes the assessment data in determining diagnosis and care issues.
• Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes.
• Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
• Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Identifies outcomes for the patient or the patient's situation.
