Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s Degree, RN license and BLS certification.
• RN license and BLS certification required or in good standing.
• Licensure/credentials must be current per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments (30%).
• Plan and document nursing interventions to meet patient needs (30%).
• Evaluate responses and adjust care plans (20%).
• Participate in process improvement for quality, safety and satisfaction (10%).
• Support operational efficiency within the ED (10%).
