Job summary

Jobot is seeking a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED. Texas license required; 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM with rotating responsibilities and ongoing onboarding.

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license or equivalent multistate license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
At least one year of Emergency Department or related acute care nursing experience preferred.
Current BLS certification required at time of hire.
ACLS and PALS certifications required or obtained within onboarding period.
TNCC certification required or obtained within onboarding period.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Emergency Department patients.
Provide routine and complex care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
Monitor patient condition and treatment effectiveness.
Document histories, symptoms, meds, treatments, and outcomes.
Address psychosocial needs of patients and families.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on plans and resources.
Coordinate with physicians and clinical team for safe care.
