Qualifications

• The RN coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers.
• Provides individualized care using established nursing models and procedures.
• Advocates for patients/families and supports department goals.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient pain regularly and manages pain effectively.
• Performs procedures and documents care in the medical record.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, plan, meds, and follow-up.
• Educates on non-medical follow-up and lifestyle changes.
