Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in state or Compact State.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• NRP preferred.
• Adheres to nursing standards and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with care team and physicians to implement care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Respond to emergencies, including CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control practices and safe patient environments.
