One year of RN experience in ER or high-acuity areas is preferred; strong critical thinking and unwavering commitment to patient care and compassion are essential. The role encompasses delivering high-quality nursing services within a collaborative patient care team and participating in governance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in ER or high-acuity area preferred.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification at minimum; instructor or standard BLS acceptable.
• PALS and TNCC certifications expected; ACLS training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate daily patient flow and experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care delivered.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards.
