The position includes night shifts, 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend work. Nurses will float within their scope of practice and must be flexible with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky or compact nursing license.
• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS, CPI (or Avade) certifications required.
• Nurses will float within their scope of practice.
• Every other weekend scheduling required; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER.
• Perform patient assessment, triage, treatment, and documentation as part of the care team.
