Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Night Shift ER Registered Nurse in Roswell, NM to join the emergency team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate patient flow, and support a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications include an ADN or Diploma, NM nursing license within 90 days, BLS within 14 days, and ACLS/PALS as required. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus up to $16,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing is required.
• NM Nursing license or NM Compact license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required by the hiring department.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on the ER team and ensure patient safety.
• May serve in Charge Nurse role and supervise staff as assigned.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to maintain quality care.
