Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Assess and reassess patient conditions and coordinate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy, and document care.
• Collaborate with physicians and health-care team to ensure quality care.
