Qualifications

• Documents patient’s current medication list accurately.
• Administers medication and treatment as prescribed.
• Performs EKGs and laboratory procedures as authorized.
• Provides physical and psycho-social support to patients.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Actively participates in solving problems on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain plan of care for Emergency Department patients.
• Collaborate with physicians for appropriate care plans.
• Perform follow-up phone calls and lab procedures.
• Ensure maximum patient safety and quality service.
