Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Emergency Department on a PRN basis. You’ll collaborate with RNs to deliver safe, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma LPN license required
• BLS required
• ALS required within six months of employment
• De-escalation (TEAM) training within six months
• Strongly encouraged to continue nursing education and pursue RN licensure
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RNs to implement and evaluate nursing care
• Conduct focused assessments and contributing to patient evaluation
• Reassess patients per Nursing Standards of Care and modify care plans
• Collect and document patient data, noting changes from baseline
• Participate in care plan modification based on patient response
• Support safe, efficient emergency care in a high-acuity setting
