Job summary

Atrium Cabarrus Emergency Department in Concord, NC seeks an Advanced Practice Professional to provide emergency medicine care at a Level III trauma center. The APP will work primarily at Cabarrus with some flow to Kannapolis and Harrisburg, joining a large, collaborative team of physicians and APPs.

Open 24/7 operations, 35 hours per week, with shifts across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires NC PA/NP licensure, BLS/ACLS, ENP eligibility for NPs, and ATLS planned after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have NC PA/NP license (NPs must be ENP boarded or eligible) and BLS/ACLS before starting.
• ATLS after starting eventually.
• Commitment to emergency medicine within a Level III trauma center setting.

Responsibilities

• Support emergency medicine care at Atrium Cabarrus Medical Center with some rotation to Kannapolis/Harrisburg.
• Work across day, night, weekends and holidays in a 10-hour shift model with flexible monthly hours.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and nursing staff to deliver timely, high-quality patient care.
