Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Williston, ND is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care under RN direction. You will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with transport, and contribute to the patient’s plan of care as a key member of the interdisciplinary team.

You’ll work in CHI Williston Health, part of CommonSpirit Health, with a Monday–Friday style shift in a Critical Access Hospital.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with ND certification.
• BLS CPR certification required (within 30 days).
• Experience in basic patient care and safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform / record vital signs, CPR, oxygen delivery, wound care, sterile field prep for suturing.
• Assist with observations, data collection, and identifying patient care needs.
• Assist with patient transports and transfers.
• Answer phones, filing, greet patients/visitors, transcribe orders, data entry, and documentation.
• Assist with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to safety rules, policies, and safe work practices.
