Norman Regional Health System is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support clinical and distributive pharmacy services. The role focuses on safe, cost-effective therapies across age groups and ongoing program development to enhance patient outcomes.

The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a variety of shift differentials, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Required licensure as a pharmacist and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
• Preceptor license required through the OK State Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
• ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire.
• Board-certification in related practice area strongly encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to policies and regulations.
• Administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Improve accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
