Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One (1) year of nursing experience.

• Education: Identify learning needs, participate in education programs, assess readiness to learn.
• Evaluation of Care: Identify outcomes, revise care plan with team input, communicate for continuity of care.
• Implementation: Provide care for complex patients, perform bedside testing, follow policies and prioritize care.
• Leadership: Develop goals, participate in unit goals and cost-effective care.
• Patient Assessment: Gather data, prioritize care needs, plan with family involvement.
• Planning: Coordinate plan of care with multidisciplinary resources, address cultural considerations.
• Research: Read journals and bring ideas for evaluation.
