Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Medicine team at St. James Healthcare in Butte, MT. You will provide urgent care across a broad patient population, collaborate with hospitalists, and participate in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers competitive compensation, sign-on incentives, relocation support, and potential student loan repayment. Eligible for PSLF with a focus on rural medicine and a strong interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license issued by MT State Board.
- Prescriptive Authority by MT State Board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA license.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
- Ability to complete Intermountain Health credentialing process.
- Strong communication within a multi-functional team.
- Experience in Emergency Medicine preferred.
- Passion for rural Emergency Medicine.

- Deliver high-quality care and patient education.
