Qualifications

• Two years hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
• Proficient with patient accounting system; HIPAA and PCI compliance knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient; bilingual ability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering all incoming patients and their representatives; ensuring admission information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
• Contributes to operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery by accurate patient admission processing.
