PriorityPet seeks entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner as Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. Location is completely flexible, and ownership/equity opportunities come with no out-of-pocket cost.

We provide a brand-new building and state-of-the-art equipment to enable world-class medicine, while granting medical autonomy and strong business support from Alliance Animal Health. This is a prime step to leadership and ownership in your own practice.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with ability to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with drive to provide high-quality medicine.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a veterinary practice with clinical autonomy and business partnership.
• Mentor veterinarians and build a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health values.
• Oversee operations and ensure delivery of world-class veterinary care.
