U.S. Bank is seeking a Securities Research Analyst to initiate and conduct research on investment suitability of securities, analyzing industry trends and company performance to inform buy, sell, or hold recommendations.

You will prepare research reports for investment officers, discuss market conditions with senior management, and contribute to portfolio strategy while developing strong analytical and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of research experience.
• Basic understanding of investment management.
• Some knowledge of equity research and analysis techniques and mathematical decision modeling.
• Good understanding of the economy and market conditions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Well-developed analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Initiates and conducts research relating to investment suitability of various securities.
• Discusses industry/company trends, order backlogs, sales, trade position, labor relations and plant capacity with senior management.
• Prepares research reports with buy/sell/hold recommendations for investment officers or committees.
