Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Equity Research Analysts and Associates for a remote contractor role to evaluate AI-powered finance tools and improve research workflows. You will review outputs, publish insights, and help shape AI-driven research methodologies.

Ideal candidates have sell-side research background, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort evaluating information from multiple sources. AI tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate.
• Experience publishing research on public companies, including ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and financial research expertise.
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with institutional research standards and financial analysis.
• Experience with AI tools in financial research is an advantage.
