Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with graduation between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Strong interest in corporate finance, including valuation, accounting, capital structure analysis, and 3-statement financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work in a rigorous, data-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to own workstreams end-to-end and collaborate across deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Analysts, Associates and senior bankers on equity private placement deals and marketing efforts.
• Assist with creating marketing materials (CIMs) and building three-statement financial models.
• Conduct due diligence, coordinate management meetings and help structure/close financing.
• Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and investors and contribute to deal execution.
• Provide hands-on transaction experience by participating in deal teams from pitches to closings.
