Job summary

California State University, Fullerton (Cal State Fullerton) is seeking a Prevention and Education Coordinator (Student Services Professional IV) to develop, implement, and assess evidence-based prevention programs addressing discrimination, harassment, and violence.

Under supervision, you will deliver trainings, create materials, and educate students and employees on Title VI, Title VII, IX and CSU policies, coordinating annual prevention activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited four‑year college.
• Four years of professional student services work experience advising students individually and in groups.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year; Doctoral degree may substitute for two years.
• Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and practices of the program area.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess prevention and education programs addressing discrimination and harassment.
• Deliver trainings, presentations, and workshops on Title VI, Title VII, Title IX and CSU policies.
• Collaborate with campus partners to advance prevention efforts and resources.
• Supervise student assistants and analyze data to improve programs.
