PriorityPet Urgent Care seeks entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with us as Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. Location is completely flexible, and ownership/equity is offered with no out-of-pocket cost.

You will lead a clinical team and deliver world-class medicine with strong business support. We provide a brand-new facility, state-of-the-art equipment, comprehensive benefits, and a culture focused on autonomy, mentorship, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university and an active state license.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Strong leadership and communication to mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with us to become Medical Director and practice owner.
• Lead clinical operations and mentor veterinarians.
• Deliver world-class veterinary medicine with autonomy and business support.
