American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Seattle invites Board-Certified or Board-Eligible surgeons to open a brand-new oral surgery center with equity ownership.

You’ll receive a guaranteed base salary of $600,000+ with upside from collections, relocation assistance, a transition award, and full operational, marketing, and administrative support so you can focus on patients. Leadership mentorship is available as you shape your practice with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Eligible for licensure in Washington.
• 1–5 years into practice with ownership aspirations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition.
• A natural communicator who builds referral relationships.
• Committed to clinical excellence and lasting impact.

Responsibilities
