BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Houston law firm in seeking a Partner with a focus on construction defect. The role provides an equity partnership track without a pre-existing book of business, in a culture that promotes teamwork and support.

The ideal candidate will have significant construction defect experience, Texas bar standing, and a track record of client management and leadership within a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Experience in construction defect law at the partner level.
• Trial experience is advantageous.
• Excellent references and a stable job history.
