Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Investment Strategy Analyst to support the team in managing and analyzing equity options and derivatives strategies for client accounts.

You will respond to product- and account-specific inquiries, coordinate information requests, and prepare investment commentary, strategy updates, and client communications. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with attention to detail and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of options and derivatives strategies preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn additional software platforms.
• Interest in responsibly leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity using Bloomberg Terminal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investment Strategy team in managing, analyzing, and servicing clients for equity options and derivatives strategies.
• Respond to product- and account-specific client inquiries.
• Coordinate strategy information requests from clients, Financial Advisors, and internal partners.
• Analyze portfolio exposures, options positions, strategy performance, market developments, and volatility trends.
• Gather and analyze data for investment commentary, strategy updates, client communications, presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple group inboxes and prioritize, address, and route requests.
• Collaborate with strategists, portfolio managers/traders, technology, operations, distribution, and other internal teams.
• Assist with account reconciliation to ensure options trades and strategy activity are accurately reflected in client accounts.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
