Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid teaching certification before the school year starts. You will engage in community-building activities and contribute to scholars' academic success through thoughtful lesson planning and classroom management.

Hours are 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm according to school grade levels. The compensation ranges from $71,857 to $105,486 annually, along with competitive benefits including medical, dental, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree and teacher certification by the start of the school year.
• Previous in-classroom teaching experience in a charter school is highly preferred.
• Background check clearance with Puget Sound Educational Service District is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for holistic education and rigorous instruction for scholars.
• Plan lessons aligning with Common Core standards for grades K-12.
• Engage with families and provide regular progress updates.
