Job Overview

We have an existing Restoration and Cleaning franchise and need a GM with IICRC and AMRT certs that is interested in receiving equity in our franchise location in exchange for efforts and providing some capital. It is both a restoration and carpet cleaning business and GM would operate it as if it’s their own business. The job offer is to receive equity in exchange for a combination of investing capital and sweat equity for work performed. The most important thing is a dedication to the success of the business, high energy and taking personal ownership of responsibilities. The business is decently established and has various valuable ties in the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the business unit including effective management of resources, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance service offerings and business development.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports; implement strategies to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff; fostering a productive work environment and promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

NOTE: If you are not in the restoration business, please DO NOT apply. This is a GM position at a restoration and cleaning business. Restoration business related certifications such as WRT, CCT, IICRC and AMRT are required. ONLY restoration business professionals will be considered.

Qualifications

• Years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
• Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
  • WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)
• Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
• Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
• Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
• Ability to work in the field when needed.
