Qualifications

• 5+ years building production backends at scale.
• Proficiency in a modern backend language (Go, Python, Java, or Node).
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, databases, queues, and caching.
• Familiar with cloud, containers, and CI/CD.
• Commitment to low latency, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Build the integration layer between AI agents and ZeroDrift.
• Own the policy backend and rule ingestion engine.
• Develop controls governing agent permissions.
• Ensure low latency and high reliability under enterprise load.
• Maintain strong security and data protection for sensitive content.
