Qualifications

• Tennessee Certification in the appropriate content area.
• Holds a B.A./B.S. degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Minimum of two years teaching experience preferred in an urban public school or charter school.

Responsibilities

• Internalize, accommodate, and execute a college-preparatory curriculum including daily lesson plans and units.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure academic growth for EL students and students with disabilities.
• Use structured planning time and professional development opportunities to plan high-quality lessons.
• Engage in a community where teaching is public through classroom visits and feedback cycles.
