Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Professional Educator License or equivalent in IL or MI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a student-centered perspective in decision making.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and community members to support student growth.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal mandates and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Plan and supervise assignments for paraprofessionals and student teachers, including evaluations.
• Support classroom procedures and effective behavior management.
