• Masters degree in education or related field.
• Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification required for in-state applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional program across core content areas with focus on literacy and student achievement.
• Use student data to inform instruction and interventions to close achievement gaps.
• Foster a culture of excellence, equity, and family/community engagement.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff; provide coaching and professional development.
• Plan and manage campus operations, resources, and calendar to support academic outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with teachers, students, families, and community partners.
