Job summary

Alameda County Community Food Bank in the Bay Area seeks a Neighbor Insights Analyst to translate community feedback into actionable insights that inform ACCFB’s Strategic Plan and equity goals. You will design surveys, analyze data, and drive evaluations across departments to improve programs and services.

You will lead cross-functional projects, partner with community groups, and present findings to Directors. Proficiency in Qualtrics, R, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with substantial training in community survey methodology, data analysis, and program evaluation required (e.g., social sciences, public health, data analytics).
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role, including program/impact evaluation and feedback systems.
• At least 1 year of professional experience with data project management.
• Experience in Qualtrics required.
• Training or demonstrated experience in community-based participatory research (CBPR).
• Experience in R, Tableau, Power BI a plus; familiarity with Navision/Ceres/Jet Reports a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data and analytics project management (75%). Lead community feedback and survey data projects end-to-end.
• Support Strategic Plan by implementing an impact evaluation framework and developing metrics and analyses.
• Design, implement, and analyze community and neighbor feedback systems to inform program improvements.
• Coordinate results with community and co-facilitate a Neighborhood Council to improve programs.
