Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Equity Compensation Analyst to join our hybrid New Britain team. You will administer equity compensation programs, maintain records, ensure SEC/tax compliance, and prepare disclosures for financial statements and proxies.

This role collaborates with HR, payroll, legal and finance, generating reports and providing analyses to support management decisions. A Bachelor's in finance/HR and 2+ years in equity compensation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years in compensation, finance or HR with equity focus.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPPs).
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms (Merrill Lynch & Computershare) is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
