Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a full-time DVM to become a co-owner of our Cainhoy veterinary practice near Charleston. You will own equity, lead clinical care, and build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

This partnership model avoids corporate quotas and mandates; you’ll shape medical decisions, clinic culture, and have a voice in hiring, equipment, and scheduling as the hospital grows. New grads with an ownership mindset are welcome, with mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from AVMA-accredited school.
• Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina.
• Small animal general practice experience; ownership interest.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical decision making and clinic culture.
• Own and operate an established caseload with growth.
