• Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong academic background; graduating December 2028 to June 2029 in a four-year program.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses.
• Build and use financial models.
• Prepare pitchbooks and live deal materials (offering memorandums and prospectuses).
• Conduct industry and product research.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information.
• Participate in execution of financings and M&A transactions.
