Novig is building America’s #1 sports prediction market and just designated as a CFTC-designated market. As Performance Marketing Manager, Display & CTV, you’ll own and optimize campaigns, from tracking to experimentation, to drive user growth in a fast-moving environment.

This role is based in NYC, with a base salary of $100k–$130k and meaningful equity. You’ll own the systems that scale performance, including signal quality, attribution, and experimentation, with a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operator of Display/CTV campaigns and platforms.
• Strong data-driven decision making and experimentation mindset.
• Experience with tracking, attribution, and server-side integrations.

Responsibilities

• Platform-native operator: run campaigns inside Display and CTV platforms, optimize in real time.
• Execution over theory: build, launch, and scale campaigns with minimal hand-holding.
• Technical ownership: implement and QA conversion events, configure CAPI and server-side tracking.
• Signal density obsession: improve event coverage, clean tracking data for high-quality signals.
• Conversion systems thinker: optimize bidding, attribution models, and learning phases.
• Experimentation mindset: design robust A/B tests and scale what works.
• Growth through performance: structure campaigns for scale, test velocity, and signal quality.
