Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct ADA accessibility improvement plans and civil rights initiatives.
• Provide training programs for municipal staff and supervisors.
• Administer grievance procedures with empathy and thoroughness.
• Supervise and mentor staff, interns, and fellows.
• Research regulatory trends and prepare formal recommendations.
