Job summary

REIC Rentals in Bend, OR is hiring a Yard Technician to operate construction or farm equipment and to keep the yard safe, tidy, and rent-ready. You will wash and detail rental gear, inspect items, and help with trailer hookups while communicating clearly with the Rental Coordinator.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and Drug-Free Workplace compliance are required, along with forklift, AWP,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests.
• Strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail rental equipment before delivery.
• Inspect small equipment for quality.
• Manage hookup and receiving of trailers or smaller items.
• Enhance yard appearance and organization.
