Herc Rentals is seeking a Yard Technician to keep facilities clean, organized, and safe while supporting drivers and customers. You will learn the rental equipment line, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure accurate ticketing and staging of gear.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload internal truck drivers, outside haulers, and customers.
• Verify delivery tickets and returns for accuracy.
• Clean, maintain, and organize heavy equipment and machinery.
• Review orders and stage equipment for drivers.
• Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard and work area.
• Answer and resolve customer questions.
• Provide customers with expert advice on selection, operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Support all team members.
