Responsibilities

• Receive new equipment and verify make, model and serial number.
• Receive rental return equipment by fueling, noting hours and condition.
• Stage equipment for delivery and assist drivers load/unload equipment.
• Greet customers and ensure they receive an excellent customer experience.
• Prepare and place logos on equipment when directed to do so.
• Periodically check and crank equipment in the yard to keep batteries charged and oils circulated.
• Perform minor maintenance and grease equipment when directed to do so.
• Ensure the yard is safe, organized, clean, and meets Impact standards.
• Follow all established Impact safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
