Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) is seeking an Equipment Validation Specialist for full-time on-site duties. The role involves hands-on IQ/OQ/PQ execution, risk assessments, and supporting change control and commissioning to handover operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2–5 years in equipment validation, is familiar with GxP/GMP and FDA expectations, and is fluent in English and Spanish to interact with site teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• 2-5 years in equipment validation or qualification (medical devices preferred).
• Familiarity with GxP/GMP requirements and FDA expectations.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and execution.
• Strong SOP and protocol writing skills; ability to produce traceable, audit-ready records.
• Communication: bilingual (English/Spanish) — interact with site teams and suppliers.
