Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) is seeking an Equipment Validation Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in the United States. The role involves hands-on IQ/OQ/PQ activities, risk assessments, and supporting change control and commissioning.

You will interact with site teams and suppliers in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering or related science and has 2–5 years of equipment validation experience, preferably in medical devices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
• 2–5 years in equipment validation or qualification, medical devices preferred.
• Familiarity with GxP/GMP requirements and FDA expectations.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and execution.
• Strong SOP and protocol writing skills; ability to produce audit-ready records.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; interaction with site teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Description:

• Responsible for hands-on execution of installation, operational and performance qualification activities
• Perform equipment risk assessments and support change control activities
• Support equipment commissioning and handover to operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related science
• 2-5 years in equipment validation or qualification (medical devices preferred)
• Familiarity with GxP/GMP requirements and FDA expectations
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and execution
• Strong SOP and protocol writing skills; ability to produce traceable, audit-ready records
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) — able to interact with site teams and suppliers
• Full-time on-site; flexible to work occasional weekends or extra hours as needed
