Job summary

Bonita Bay Club in Naples, FL seeks an Assistant Equipment Technician to maintain and service specialty equipment across our golf, tennis, and fitness facilities. You will perform preventative maintenance, manage wear items, and ensure gear is safe and ready for daily use.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanic experience required.
• Ability to work long periods of walking, standing, or stooping.
• Work in an outside environment and all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility with schedule - weekends/holidays; emergency hours possible.
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Golf experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep all specialty equipment and tools used for maintenance procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance including changing oil, filters, and tires.
• Uphold maintenance schedules related to reel grinding and record-keeping.
• Manage all equipment assigned to you (uniforms, PPE, etc.) and ensure proper use of protective gear.
• Demonstrate teamwork in daily operations.
