You’ll develop skills on multiple makes and models, pursue a career path in service or operation management, and work with a team committed to safety and reliability. High school diploma or GED is required; 1–3 years’ diesel or heavy equipment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent training desired.
• Some trade school or equivalent training is preferred.
• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy construction equipment is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment to build skills.
• Support a safety-focused environment and teamwork.
• Assist in maintaining reliable fleet operations to minimize downtime.
