Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to join our field service team in Boca Raton. This role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a varied fleet, from aerial work platforms to pumps and HVAC gear, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will develop skills across equipment types, work in a fast-paced environment, and potentially advance into service management tracks. High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1–3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred.
• Bilingual ability may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain a safety-focused work environment.
• Work with a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms and pumps.
