Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Technician 1 in Cheyenne to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment. You will work with a safety-focused team, building skills across makes and models and developing a career track in service or operations management.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment; knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems is a plus, with bilingual ability potentially

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Works safely and efficiently on a variety of makes and models, indoors/outdoors as required.
• Assists with diagnosing mechanical issues and supports service operations.
